A MONT has been passionate and agonized for years, about the design and material
selection for chef's wear and server uniform that are supposed to be shown clean and neat.
We have been looking for and doing research to find a material that won't be stained
nor wrinkled easily and has good ventilation, after all the research and development, finally
we found the ideal hybrid material for our wear.
Since our clothes are for many hours every day,
we developed a technology not to the wear holds you from being active,
also we find out a stylish, modern design and a perfect fit that attracts you to keep wearing it.
What is DRY UP chefs coat?
It dries faster, after absorbing more sweat and moisture, which is the reason why
it's ideal hybrid material for scrubs that features 4-way streach for more activity,
sterilization and wrinkle-free function.

Is there any discount for team / group / office order?
Any group order is welcome. 5% or more discount is applicable for an order of 20 pieces
or more of same design product, or for an order of 1million won or more.

Is there tailor-made set?
We hope our wonderful chefs to wear a great uniform with their own identity,
but we need more than a month of time to custom design and manufacture.

Can I ask for a change of material, length or width of cloth?
We truly hope everyone could wear a piece that fits well for themselves,
but it's hard to alter or hem by individual order.
The material can be changed only for group order (20 pieces or more of same design wear),
and we recommend you alter the length personally, if necessary.

How much is shipping?
Free shipping for an order from 200$ worldwide including U.S.
For orders under 200$, 25$ shipping fee will be charged.
We process orders as quickly as we can and keep you posted along the way!

Our standard continental U.S. shipping will arrive in 4-7 business days to most locations.
Alaska will take longer.
Non-continental U.S. (Hawaii and Puerto Rico) shipping will arrive in 4-7 business days.

Can I expedite my order?
We are well aware of the urgent needs from stores in renewal or that are about to open.

Can I edit or cancle my shipping info after I’ve placed my order?

when we are out of stock and when it takes more time.

Who is the carrier?
Orders in U.S will be shipped by USPS. Other countries will be shipped by DHL express.
If we run out of stock in U.S. warehouse, we send you the product with DHL special shipping from Korean logistics.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want to make sure you get what you want, no matter what!
That’s why we gladly accept returns for any reason within
30 days of your original purchase.
Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached,
no makeup, deodorant, or other stains.
Refunds for returned items will be made to the original payment
method used for purchase within 7-10 days of us receiving your returned items.
(It may take your bank additional time to process the refund.)
Embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged,
or changed once order is placed.

Sadly, the answer is nope. Embroidered items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How can I get my AMONT embroidered?
It's so easy. When you place an order

you'll see an option to add embroidery to your product.

What items can I get embroidered?
Amont now offers embroidery on most chef's coats.
You'll see the "Add Embroidery" option
if it is offered on that style.

How long does embroidery take?
Embroidery can add about a week of processing time.
So please allow between 7~9 business days for your
embroidered order to ship.
What kinds of fonts do you offer?
We offer text embroidery from one line to three lines
and maximum of 20 characters in each line.
And you can select two fonts.
What colors do you offer?
A MONT offers seven colors, including black thread, white thread, gray thread embroidery.
you'll see an option to add embroidery to your product.
What size is your text embroidery?
Both our gothic and italic text embroidery will measure 0.45" in height.
If the characters are long or maxed, the letters could potentially shrink
or condense in height. The max width is 4.80".
What if I don't like my embroidery?
Embroidered orders are final sale and can't be returned.
